Jammu, June 17

Traders organised a ‘shradanjali sabha’ to pay tributes to CRPF men martyred in the Anantnag attack recently.

Former MLA Rajesh Gupta, who joined the meet, said the nation was indebted to five CRPF men who sacrificed their lives in the incident that occurred on Wednesday.

He said, “Our valiant security forces are the best in the world and they have established India as one of the select few most powerful nations in the world.”

Other traders who spoke on the occasion said the government’s strong action against terrorism was a signal to all those who were behind these acts of terror and their days were numbered.

They also praised security agencies for conducting tough operations under different circumstances and expressed faith that the perpetrators of these acts of terror would be found and given a befitting reply.
