There was a huge turnout of youths on the third day of the recruitment rally in the Talwara area of Reasi district today. As many as 4,000 candidates from Reasi, Mandi, Surankot and Haveli of Poonch district were screened for their physical and medical fitness at the rally.

  The Counter Insurgency Force (Uniform) had imparted pre-recruitment training to nearly 300 youths of Reasi, Ramban and Rajouri districts in the past three months. It was evident from the number of youths, trained by the Army units, clearing their physical tests at the rally. These candidates are confident of clearing their written examination and final selection phase. 

  The force reached out to the youths living in the far-flung areas of the region through a series of innovative programmes.
