HC shifts 14 judicial officers

SHIMLA: The High Court has transferred 14 Judicial Officers. As per notification, Parveen Chauhan, Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Solan, posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Solan.

The High Court has transferred 14 Judicial Officers. As per notification, Parveen Chauhan, Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Solan, posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Solan.

Vivek Sharma, Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Bilaspur, on his appointment as Additional District & Sessions Judge (AD&SJ), has been posted as AD&SJ-II, Solan. While Ranjit Singh, CJM, on his appointment as AD&SJ has been posted at Dharamsala.

Whereas Yajuvender Singh, CJM, Kinnaur, at Reckong Peo has been transferred as CJM, Kangra, at Dharamsala. Hitender Sharma, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I (ACJM), Shimla, has been posted as CJM, Bilaspur.

Hoshiyar Singh Verma, Secretary, District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Shimla, has been posted as CJM, Kinnaur at Reckong Peo. Pankaj, ACJM-I, Kasauli has been posted as Secretary, DLSA, Chamba.

Vivek Khenal , ACJM-I, Sundernagar, has been posted as Secretary DLSA, Una, While Anil Kumar, Secretary, DLSA, Una, has been transferred at Kullu.

Hakikat, Secretary, DLSA, Kullu, has been posted as ACJM-I, Sundernagar, Neha Sharma, Secretary, DLSA, Chamba, has been posted as ACJM-I, Kasauli.

Akanksha Dogra, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate-I (JMIC), Dharamsala, has been transferred to Palampur, while Kanika Gupta, Civil Judge-cum-JMIC-II, Dharamsala, has been posted as JMIC-I, Dharamsala.

Deepika Negi, JMIC-II, Palampur, has been transferred to Dharamsala.
