Kullu boy excels in Space Science Olympiad

Mrigesh Thakur, (in pic) a Class IX student of a private school, has bagged first position in the Space Science Olympiad held at Eltham Hill School in London recently. Pankaj, Mrigesh’s father, said his son topped Space Science Olympiad organised by Educare, India.

He said Mirgesh visited London Science museum and Greenwich Meridian besides interacting with the students and teachers.

Mrigesh was designated as best junior scientist by renowned scientist Prof Yashpal. He stood first in Robotics Competition at the National Science event held in Shoolini University, Solan. Mrigesh was also state topper in the quiz competition organised by the National Children Science Congress.
