Moderate to heavy rains lashed several parts of the state on Wednesday. Sujanpur Tira was the wettest with 62 mm of rainfall.

The sky remained partially overcast and there was no significant change in the day temperatures. The MeT office has predicted rains and thundershowers in lower, mid and higher hills from July 18 to 23 as cyclonic circulation lies over Punjab and neighborhood affecting the Himalayan region.
