On the second day of the Dr BC Roy Junion National Football Championships under way in Una, three matches were played.

In the first match, Chandigarh boys defeated Bihar by 4-0, while in the second match, Maharashtra humbled Andhra Pradesh by 3-0.In the third match, Manipur defeated Daman and Diu by a slender margin of 1-0. As many as 16 teams from the country are participating in the 10-day championships under way at two venues in the district, namely the Indira Gandhi Sports Stadium in Una and Himachal Pradesh Football Academy at Khad village.
