Chamba SP conferred ‘Champion of Change’ award

SHIMLA: Chamba SP Monika Bhutunguru was conferred the ‘Champion of Change’ award by Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu during a ceremony at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Wednesday. She was honoured for her contribution, exemplary work and bringing a significant change in the district.
