Bus with 34 on board catches fire

Dalhousie, June 19 

As many as 34 passengers had a narrow escape when the private bus they were travelling in caught fire at Goli, about 16 km from here, on Tuesday, the police said. All passengers escaped unhurt. 

The bus was on its way to Dalhousie from Athaid-Sundla when the incident took place. A short circuit is stated to be the reason behind the incident. 

The police said further investigations into the case were underway.
