MANDI:Four sheds were damaged in an avalanche near Tandi in Lahaul-Spiti on Sunday.

Four sheds were damaged in an avalanche near Tandi in Lahaul-Spiti on Sunday. A bridge on the Tindi-Kelar road at the Thanka Nullah also collapsed. No loss of life was reported. The BRO has started the clearance work, but it will take a few days to open roads in Keylong. On Sunday, patients were airlifted from Lahaul. So far, 17 persons have been airlifted.

SDM Subhash Gautam said four sheds had been damaged near the Tandi bridge. — TNS
