Pakistan has evinced keen interest in growth story of Haryana especially in the fields of smart city, agriculture, infrastructure development, export and also hailed the state for its achievement in the field of sports.

Pakistan High Commissioner to India Sohail Mahmood, who made a courtesy call on Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar here on Tuesday, said as there are lot of similarities between both the countries, there should be an exchange from both the sides in field of sports and culture so as to further strengthen the bilateral relations. He invited the CM to visit Pakistan and expressed hope that peace would prevail between the two countries.

Khattar said sportspersons of Haryana had brought laurels to the state and country in many national and international events. Mahmood congratulated the CM and described it as a big achievement for the state. — TNS
