Four killed, four injured in road accident in Yamunanagar

YAMUNANAGAR: Four people were killed and four others were injured when their car was hit by a truck near Harnauli village on Jagadhri-Bilaspur road on Tuesday morning.

Four people were killed and four others were injured when their car was hit by a truck near Harnauli village on Jagadhri-Bilaspur road on Tuesday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Rinki, her sons Riyank and Sanaivari and her mother-in-law Nirmala, all residents of Badanpuri village of Yamunanagar district.

Gurdev Singh, his son Deepak of Badanpuri village, Sumit Kumar of Chaugama village in Karnal district and Lekhraj of Camp area of Yamunanagar suffered serious injuries. All eight persons were travelling in the car and were returning home after attending a marriage function in Bilaspur town of Yamunanagar district.
