Farmers under the banner of All-India Kisan Sabha on Thursday staged shirt-less protest at Siwani village in support of their demands.

The farmers have been demanding rotation of two weeks in Devsar feeder canal for irrigation, compensation for damaged crops in last season and loan waiver. Sabha leader Balbir Thakan said they would start hunger strike if the authorities failed to take note of their demands. — TNS
