Dentist booked for rape in Hisar

A dentist of the local Civil Hospital was on Saturday booked for rape and criminal intimidation of a woman in the town. The complainant stated that she came in contact with the doctor, Dr Sunder, in 2009 when she visited the hospital for consultation.

She alleged that the doctor posted in the Civil Hospital at Hisar called her to his residence in 2009 and offered her drinks laced with intoxicants. After she fell unconscious, he raped her and filmed her. She added that the doctor had been sexually exploiting her since then.

The complainant said that the doctor had been taking her salary as well. He hid the fact that he has two children. A police spokesperson said that a case has been registered and investigation started. —TNS
