Congress president Rahul Gandhi has set the ball rolling to revive and strengthen the OBC Department of the Congress.

This was stated by Tamradhwaj Sahu, MP and Chairman of the OBC Department of the AICC here on Wednesday.

While addressing a press conference, Sahu said he had met the representatives of the Backward Classes of Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh.

He said he would visit all the states to collect the data regarding the functioning of the OBC cells and thereafter, a blueprint would be prepared to strengthen these cells.

Sahu said after completing the spade work, a national-level rally would be held in New Delhi in June, which would be addressed by Rahul Gandhi. — TNS
