Vaid briefs Governor on security

Srinagar, September 14

SP Vaid, Special Director General (Coordination), called on Governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhawan here today after having taken charge of his new responsibility a few days ago.

The DG (Coordination) briefed the Governor about the arrangements put in place for securing coordination among the law enforcement agencies responsible for internal security management.

The Governor spoke to Vaid about several matters which needed immediate attention for the restoration of normalcy in the state. The Governor wished a successful tenure to Vaid. — TNS
