Manali, January 18

After a good spell of snow, the Nehru Kund has become the biggest tourist attraction with hundreds of tourists thronging it everyday.

The entire upper areas were covered with snow. Tourists going for sight-seeing to the Solang valley had to stop at various places between Bahang and Nehru Kund. As a precautionary measure, the vehicular traffic was stopped on the Manali-Rohtang road near the Nehru Kund.

Meanwhile, tourists rushed to Bahang and Nehru Kund to see fresh snow. They were seen enjoying the snow and throwing snowballs at each other. People in the tourism industry are happy as they are expecting a rise in tourist inflow to Kullu and Manali.
