The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) who was suspended by the Himachal Pradesh High Court on the compliant of his woman colleague has alleged that the latter not only misbehaved with her but also his wife and daughter.

In a three-and-a-half page compliant submitted to the Registrar General of the court, he alleged his colleague not only demanded a VIP room during her stay in Manali but she also created a scene over the menu. “She also threatened me with suspension and a transfer,” he alleged.

He also said that he had appraised the District and Sessions Judge about this incident on the phone. “I never misbehaved with her on any occasion during our stay,” he added.
