Special children take audience by surprise

LUDHIANA: Members of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Kitchlu Branch, arranged a cultural programme for special children. Eighty-seven special children from 11 schools, including Ashirwad, Nirdosh, VRTC, School For Deaf, Prem Aashram, Darpan, Ek Paryas, Muskan, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Ek Jot and Ek Lakshyaa performed during the function at Viklang Sahayata Kendra in Rishi Nagar.

Members of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Kitchlu Branch, arranged a cultural programme for special children. Eighty-seven special children from 11 schools, including Ashirwad, Nirdosh, VRTC, School For Deaf, Prem Aashram, Darpan, Ek Paryas, Muskan, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Ek Jot and Ek Lakshyaa performed during the function at Viklang Sahayata Kendra in Rishi Nagar.

Meanwhile, 12 meritorious students, who excelled in their fields, were honoured on this occasion. Teachers who made efforts and dedicated their life to teach these children were also honoured.

Dr Vijay Kaushal and Dr Subhash Kaushal from the UK were the chief guests while Lata Jain of Vallabh Textiles was the guest of honour. They appreciated the efforts of the differently abled children and congratulated Bharat Vikas Parishad for taking up the cause of these children and bring their talent on floor.
