Four-day youth cultural festival ‘Ratnawali’ began at Kurukshetra University here today. Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki inaugurated the event.

A musical play on the Mahabharata was presented by students of DAV College for Women, Yamunanagar. It was followed by ‘Loor’ dance performance by students of Arya PG College, Panipat.
