Mock drill: Late response

An ambulance arrived after the police teams had left following a mock drill at the Chandigarh Doordarshan Kendra in Sector 37 on Monday, where information of a bomb being planted sent the police in a tizzy. 

Police teams rushed to the spot. The quick reaction teams of commandos, local police, operations cell, crime branch and bomb disposal squad were present on the spot. 

The Fire Department and hospitals were put on alert. A team of disaster management was also called on the spot.
