Mohali-based real estate group Jubilee Group announced the launch of its commercial and office space project Jubilee Walk earlier this week. The project is located in Sector 70 in the heart of the city on the conjunction of Airport Road and the Himalaya Marg. Based on the high street concept blending retail and office spaces, entertainment areas & food joints, Jubilee Walk will be spread over 2.02 acres.

Speaking on the occasion Sanyam Dudeja, Director, Jubilee Group, said, “The project has been conceived keeping customer demands and preferences in mind. The double height retail showrooms on ground level, double side openable SCOs and 600 ft frontage are some of the main highlights of this project”.

With an investment outlay of close to Rs 200 crore, these signature retail and office suites will fill the existing market gap between the demand-and-supply in this category, he added. The project will also have 250 office space units and 1 lakh sq ft retail space. The price of retail showrooms is around Rs 3 cr, while office suites range starts from Rs 30 lakh. The project is likely to be completed by end of 2022. — TNS
