Irregular plots have negative energy

One of the main reasons of Vaastu defect of a plot is its shape. As per Vaastu Shastra plots that are square or rectangle (in the ratio 1:2 & all sides at 90 degrees), circular (only if the construction is also circular), are the best ones.

One of the main reasons of Vaastu defect of a plot is its shape. As per Vaastu Shastra plots that are square or rectangle (in the ratio 1:2 & all sides at 90 degrees), circular (only if the construction is also circular), are the best ones.

The magnetic waves created and surrounding these plots are evenly distributed. Irregular, triangular plots reflect bad energies because these magnetic forces are distributed unevenly and affect the Vaastu energy.

The plot shapes that are absolute no-no are : semicircle, cart shaped, star shaped, L-shaped and any other irregular shape.

Remedies for correction of defective plots:

  • These plots can be corrected by dividing the plot in to two, where by the portion opposite the street becomes a separate plot.
  • Separate compound wall must be constructed for both the portions.
  • Shops (south west side dosha), garages (south west side dosha), small temple (shadow of the temple should not fall on building but only suitable for north-east side dosha), gardens (north/north-east/east side dosha) etc. can be constructed to divert the bad effects of the plot from irregular side.
