Huge crowds thronged the CII Tourism Fest-2014 being held at the Parade Ground in Sector 17 here today.
Visitors took benefit of the packages and special offers on various holiday deals and learnt about special itineraries, unexplored destinations, unseen tourist spots and serene locations across the world.
States of Goa, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are taking part in the three-day fest, which is partnered by the Union Ministry of Tourism with Punjab as the principal partner state. The fest is acting as a one-stop location to all travel and tour-related queries of the city residents. — TNS
