Ludhiana: The Hero Group on Monday announced entry into Punjab’s real estate industry with its flagship housing brand, “Hero Homes”. The first project under this flagship brand will be launched in Ludhiana. Hero Homes Ludhiana, a residential project by Hero Realty Limited, is located on Sidhwan Canal Road. The project is spread over a total land area of 16.48 acres. These Hero Homes will be priced at a mid-segment range and will start from Rs 40 lakh onwards. “As a group, we venture into only those projects that at least one of us in the senior management is really passionate about,” said Sunil Kant Munjal, Joint Managing Director of Hero Moto Corp Limited and chairman of Hero Corporate Service Limited (parent company of Hero Realty Limited), speaking at a press conference in the city today. Each home design has been detailed meticulously to provide comfort and harmony in the resident’s life. With unique innovations such as maximum climatic responsive building planning, seasonal intelligent greenscaping, thoughtful features such as storage lofts, Puja spaces and laundry corner in every single unit. There are five types of units in the project namely - 2BHK plus kids room, 3 BHK, 3 BHK plus services room, 4 BHK plus servant and luxury penthouses with a choice of 4 and 5 bedrooms. Common amenities on offer include a sprawling clubhouse spread over 25,000 sq ft with multi-sport and recreational facilities, outdoor play areas for children, multi-level security, power backup and solar power among others. — TNS
