Naini Jayaseelan, Secretary, Inter-State Council (ISC), Ministry of Home Affairs, called on Governor NN Vohra here today.

The Governor discussed with Jayaseelan the crucial importance of Inter State Council for strengthening Centre-State relations and for promoting cooperative federalism in the country.
