There is good news for those looking for a house in Mohali as the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) will soon be offering as many as 315 flats of different sizes for allotment on “first-come-first-serve” basis. This scheme is part of GMADA’s Purab Premium Apartments scheme launched almost three years ago. The development authority has already allotted 1,200 flats in this scheme in Sector 88 after a draw of lots. The scheme will be having 1,600 flats in all. Possessions are likely to be handed over by April 2016, according to an official.

Applicants can buy the flats by logging on to GMADA website and following instructions without much paper work. Residents from other state will also be eligible to apply for this scheme under reserved category.
