It is summer time and most of us go on a vacation to relax. However, due to their tight schedules, television actors are often seen craving for a holiday. We catch up with a few who share their favourite holiday destinations...

Mussoorie calling: Deepika Kakar

My favourite holiday spot to beat the heat is Mussoorie. I absolutely love that place since it was the very first holiday spot I had visited a few years back. Mussoorie has an amazing climate and a really peaceful aura about it, which I just love. So if I get a chance to go back there sometime soon again, I definitely will.

Hills beckon: Aashka Goradia

Nothing better than the northern state of Uttarakhand to beat the city heat! It is so beautiful up there. I would love to go on holidays there.

Home front: Asha Negi

My favourite holiday spot is my home-town Dehradhun and the hill station nearby, which is Mussoorie. I love all the North India destinations, as the climate there is usually pleasant and cool. The places there are quite peaceful and nice.

Shimla rocks: Kunwar Amarjeet Singh

I am currently in Shimla and totally in love with this place. The weather here is amazing and the people are quite friendly. As of now, this is my favourite holiday spot.

Ladakh heights: Sahil Mehta

My favourite holiday destination for summer is undoubtedly Ladakh. Ladakh is heaven on earth! Nothing beats the heat the way Leh does.
