Ganga activists under the aegis of Maa Ganga Aahwan Akhada cleaned the Vishnu ghat, the CCR tower and Pantdeep area here today and lifted heaps of garbage, polythene bags and filth from there.

Rameshwar, coordinator of the cleanliness drive, said people were now voluntarily taking part in the akhada drive.
