Congress Legislature Party Leader Kiran Choudhary has sought a reply from the state government on the usage of Rs 1 lakh crore the NCR area of the state gets for its development.
Addressing media persons at a press conference here today Kiran said the cities in the NCR of the state lacked development and the funds were being wasted. She said despite being represented by two ministers in the Centre and the state government, the city of Faridabad had not seen any progress.
Kiran said, “Faridabad continues to remain one of the dirtiest cities in the NCR despite the launch of Swachh Bharat campaign by the Chief Minister in November 2014.”
She alleged the helpline number issued by the authorities concerned to address civic problems was not available.
The CLP Leader also held slow work on six-laning of the National Highway-2 responsible for traffic mess.
Kiran said the state government had failed to attract investment in Haryana and unemployment was on the rise.
