Ali picks up the pen

Apart from being a young and vivacious actor, Ali Fazal is now also turning into a script writer.

Hold your horses, not for a huge feature film, but in fact for a short film. The film, which is all geared up to be shot in February, has been written by Ali himself and Husnain Dalal, who recently came to limelight through his heart warming ad film for Nescafe.

Being the co-writer of the film, Ali is excited to see it come soon kick off and the film will be completely shot in Mumbai, What’s interesting to note is that, the whole short film came through when Ali and Husnain randomly wrote down a few lines which finally resulted into a great script worthy of being turned into a short. Ali might also be taking on the mantle of donning the director's hat for the said film. When asked about this Ali confirms, “It is a simple story which we are trying to portray in a short film format. We have not decided the title of the film yet but we are going to shoot this early next year. Hope to achieve an intense cinematic experience through this."
