The project which is nearing completion will have over 3.5 lakh sq ft area for sale out of which 2 lakh sq ft for office space. The floor earmarked for women will have almost 40 office spaces in over 20,000 sq ft area. The price for office spaces, according to Goyal is Rs 5,800 per sq ft for raw space and Rs 6,500 per sq ft for fully furnished spaces. "The fact that the project is in its final stages and the competitive rates make it very attractive for women professionals looking to set up their offices as they can practically move into their office after paying just 50 per cent of the total cost and pay the rest over a period of one year." Along with the easy payment the group is also offering zero maintenance fee for two years to the women buyers.
