CHD Developers Ltd. has launched a mixed use premium retail and office space “E-Way” in Dwarka. Spread across 2 acres, the project comprises total saleable area of approximately 2 lakh sq. ft. On offer are retail spaces ranging between 400 sq. ft to 3,000 sq. ft. and scalable modular office spaces.

The retail space has been planned to have a mix of street and courtyard styles for easy access and movement. The space would feature water bodies, fountains, and landscaping and would have direct visibility and accessibility from the Dwarka Expressway. The office space has been divided into scalable modular spaces keeping in mind the requirement of new age businesses. The project would also house a 24X7 business centre with conference rooms to provide seamless meeting and conference services for every business need.

Vishava City at Neemrana

Vishava Group recently launched Vishava City at Neemrana. The new residential project will be located 100 m from the Delhi-Jaipur Highway along NH-8 and will have all modern amenities like club house, basketball and tennis court, swiming pool, gym etc. This 16-acre project will have aparments and serviced apartments. The launch price is Rs3,500 per sq ft, according to a company spokesperson.
