CTU starts more buses to Mohali

CHANDIGARH: For the benefit of Mohali commuters, the Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) has started two new bus services form Chandigarh to Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Inter-State Bus Terminal, Phase VI, and the court complex.

For the benefit of Mohali commuters, the Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) has started two new bus services form Chandigarh to Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Inter-State Bus Terminal, Phase VI, and the court complex. The route of an existing bus service has also been extended up to the new ISBT.

An officer of the CTU said a new bus service (213) had been started from Zirakpur to the new bus stand with a frequency of 35 minutes. The new bus service would cater to the needs of residents of Zirakpur, who did not have a direct bus service to the ISBT. The bus would also cover the Mohali railway station.

Another bus route from the Sector 43 ISBT had also been started for the new court complex in Mohali.

The bus would also go to the new bus stand in Mohali and its frequency would be 45 minutes.

The bus would go up to Landran, covering the new DC office. The CTU had also extended the route of the existing bus number 32 from Palsora to the new bus stand in Mohali.

The new bus services are an addition to the bus services being run by the CTU for the international airport.
