Couple found dead in Jhajjar

JHAJJAR: A boy and a girl from Bupania village were found dead on the under-construction Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway near Mandhothi village in the district today.

A boy and a girl from Bupania village were found dead on the under-construction Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway near Mandhothi village in the district today. The deceased, identified as Mohit and Sakshi, were reportedly in love. They were reported missing from their houses last evening, said the police.

“Both have ended their lives by consuming some poisonous substance. Mohit was working as a security guard in Bahadurgarh, while Sakshi was a college student. The bodies have been sent to Civil Hospital for the post-mortem examination,” said Randhir Singh, in-charge of the Sadar Police Station at Bahadurgarh.

The incident came to light this morning when some passersby spotted the bodies on the road and informed the police.
