The CBSE Class X science exam was held here today. Students expressed happiness as they termed the paper easy.

As per the reviews of the students, the focus was mainly on the NCERT. The students, who had clarity of concepts, found it easy to solve the paper.

“Science paper was very easy. I finished it five to 10 minutes before time. No question was difficult to understand or lengthy. All in all, the paper was pretty good,” said Muskaan Goswami, a student of Saupin’s School. “It was a student friendly paper. A number of diagramatic question were there. Many students were struggling till the last minute though I finished well in time,” said another student Mehak Gupta.

“The level of the exam was fair to average with about a few Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions. I found the exam to be far easier than what the CBSE had proposed as sample papers on its website. Leaving the physics bit, almost all questions were direct and scoring,” said Taptej Kaur from Saupin’s School.

Notably, the science paper comprised of two sections— Section A and Section B. All questions were compulsory to attempt. The students supported the answers with diagrams, wherever necessary.

“I’m happy with the science exam and am hopeful that the remaining papers are also easy and I can score good marks,” said Gurpreet Kaur, a student of Government Model School, Sector 37.—TNS
