City bags four awards under smart governance

CHANDIGARH: The Department of Information Technology has been awarded with four Skoch awards under various categories of smart governance at the Skoch Order-of-Merit ceremony held at 41st Skoch Summit Transformative Governance held on September 22 and September 23 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

The Department of Information Technology has been awarded with four Skoch awards under various categories of smart governance at the Skoch Order-of-Merit ceremony held at 41st Skoch Summit Transformative Governance held on September 22 and September 23 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

For these awards, Department of IT had nominated four key projects of the Society for Promotion of IT in Chandigarh under the aegis of Department of IT i.e. e-Sampark (category: Service delivery); e-Campus, college management system( category: Service delivery); C-TOSS:- Chandigarh- training on soft skills( category: Skill development), campus wide area network at GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh (category: Infrastructure).
