Chandokar is expenditure observer

The Election Commission has appointed Rajendra Chandokar, Indian Revenue Officer of the 2006 batch, as Expenditure Observers for the three Assembly constituencies in Fatehgarh Sahib district - Fatehgarh Sahib, Bassi Pathana and Amloh Assembly constituencies.
