Central varsity gets ‘A’ grade

MAHENDRAGARH: Central University of Haryana (CUH) at Jant-Pali village here has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Central University of Haryana (CUH) at Jant-Pali village here has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

A committee of NAAC had recently visited the university for three days.

Prof Ramesh Chander Kuhad, Vice Chancellor, said NAAC had awarded 3.10 score to the university.

“A seven-member NAAC team led by Prof Me Raj Ud Din Mir, VC of Central University, Kashmir, evaluated the performance of the university on various parameters from March 6 to 8,” said Kuhad, maintaining 30 departments were being run at the university.

He said the committee members also interacted with faculty and students on various issues.
