Building in temple complex thrown open

SUNDERNAGAR, September 7

Sohan Lal Thakur, Chief Parliamentary Secretary and local MLA, today dedicated a building in the Bada Dev Temple complex to the public at Bandali village, a remote area of Sundernagar.

He attended the annual prize-distribution function at Government High School in Bandali. Speaking on the occasion, he said the government was providing education, health and road connectivity to the far-flung areas.

He added that the work on the building of Government College, Nihari, would be completed soon. He announced Rs 1 lakh for the construction of playground of the high school, Bandali.

He distributed prizes to meritorious students and announced Rs5,000 to the students who presented cultural items during the programmes.
