A youth died after his motorcycle collided with a car at Nangran village last night. The deceased has been identified as Rohit Kumar, a resident of Rakkar Colony. SP Anupam Sharma said the victim and another youth Baljit Singh, who was riding pillion, were going towards Fatehpur village. Baljt is recuperating at the district hospital. The SP said a case under Sections 279, 337 and 304 A IPC, besides Section 187 of the Motor Vehicle Act, had been registered against the car driver. — OC
