Bank director breaks fast

Kangra Central Cooperative director Keshav Korla has ended his fast. Korla said the MD had assured him of meeting his demands. Yesterday, Korla went on fast alleging corruption in the disbursement of loans by the bank. He had alleged that a Palampur hotelier was being given loans and cash credit limits to cover his debts.— TNS
