Aryan School shooters win nine gold medals, four silver medals

The team of shooters of The Aryan School, Dehradun, won 9 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals in the 1st Dehradun District Air Gun Shooting Championship 2015 that concluded at the Jaspal Rana Shooting Academy at Paundha here today.

Shooters from various schools participated in the championship. The Aryan School, Dehradun, shooters won 9 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals. Ayush Singh won two gold medals, while Nikhil Rathi and Bhavmangalam won one gold medal each in the N-05 category. Raghav Singhal won two gold medals while Adarsh Keshri and Yash Yadav won one gold medal each in the N-09 category. Vidhushi Hatwal, Sumit Anand and Adarsh Keshri one silver medal each in the N-09 category. Bhavmanglam won one silver medal in the N-05 category while Chiraag Singh won 1 bronze medal in the N 02 category. Nikhil Rathi won one bronze medal in the N-05 category.

D. X Johny from The Aryan School won a gold medal in the men open N-22 category. NS Rana, Dronacharya Award winning coach, gave away medals to the winners. Principal of Ecole Globale School Brinda Ghosh was the chief guest of the concluding ceremony.
