In the ongoing 2nd Ashok Kumar Vij Memorial Corporate Cup, Eclerx Outliners defeated Daksh Enterprise by 27 runs.

Putting to bat first, the winning side set 136 runs for 9 in 20 overs. Adam played an important role in raising team’s total with scoring 50 off 38 balls. He was equally supported by Rohit who scored 21 off 21 balls.

For the bowling side, Dewan claimed two for 15 runs along with Rajinder who claimed two for 12 ruins. Chasing the target, Daksh Enterprise folded up their innings on a mere total of 109 runs in 17.5 overs with Sunil scoring 19 off 16 while, Ajay contributing 16 off 16.

For the winning side, Neeraj hogged the limelight with claiming three for 14 runs while, Rohit pick three for 31 runs. Rohit for his overall performance was adjudged man of the match.

In the second match, Airtel XI won their match against ATS Limited by 79 runs. Batting first, Airtel scored 132 runs for 6 in the 20 overs. Sachid (46 off 38) and Balwant (44 off 53) was the main scorer for the side.

For the bowling side, Ankur claimed four off 19 balls while, Sandeep took two for 16 runs. In reply, the ATS side could manage to score only 53 runs in 14.3 overs with Govind (13 off 17) and Saurabh (11 off 17) scoring the major share. For the bowling side, Rakesh claimed three for 11 runs, Balwant claimed two for 1 run and Gurkirat took two for 13 runs.
