Reality show ‘Big Boss 2016 Season’ contestant Alisha Khan Kapur today settled her marital dispute with her husband producer Love Kapur.

Alisha and Love overcame their differences at Kankhal police station in presence of their lawyers and SHO Ritesh Shah. A huge gathering of mediapersons and fans was also witnessed.

Their dispute hogged limelight for a week after she accused Love Kapur of manhandling and duping. She had also created a ruckus at Love’s house, claiming he misled her about his family background and monetary status.

After the police complaint was filed yesterday, Love Kapur, through his lawyer, had assured her of meeting at the police station. Love was accompanied by his brother and legal counsels at the police station. He presented a medical certificate of his ailing mother in Mumbai, claiming it to be the reason behind his non-contact with Alisha. He urged Alisha to take back the complaint.

He said, “There was some misunderstanding which was blown out of proportion by media. We are still a married couple. I have asked Alisha to give some time to our family, especially my mother who is severely ill, whenever she is free.”

Alisha said her husband was not receiving phone calls for a week so she, in a huff, created ruckus at his house in Kankhal and lodged a police complaint. “Now, the dispute has been resolved. Love Kapur is my life. I will focus fully on my film career, particularly on the upcoming season of Big Boss,” she said.

SHO Ritesh Shah said the duo resolved their issues in writing so they were allowed to leave.
