Courtesy call to Guv

 

Nine trainee civil judges of Uttarakhand made a courtesy call on Governor Dr Aziz Qureshi at Raj Bhavan today. Governor wished them a bright future and said they must fulfil their duties keeping in mind the aspirations and expectations of the people.

 

Cleanliness drive

 

Girl students of the NCC of DBS (PG) College took out a cleanliness drive today to create awareness among residents about the importance of cleanliness. The awareness rally passed through Cement Road, Karanpur and the adjoining areas. Anju, Dilip, Nirmala and many more were present.

 

 

 

Activists protest

 

The activists of the Modi Vichar Manch today protested at the collectorate campus. They demanded the district administration to take steps to hold camps for making aadhar cards in every ward of the Municipal Corporation of Dehradun. They lamented that residents were facing brunt of nodal agencies in the absence of proper arrangements for making cards. Rajkumar Jaiswal, Pramod, Kuldeep and many more were present.
