Aditi to play Sanju’s daughter

Director Omung Kumar has chosen Aditi Rao Hydari for his upcoming film Bhoomi, which will be Sanjay Dutt’s comeback vehicle that goes on floors in three weeks. There were several names doing the rounds, including Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon and Shraddha Kapoor but we hear that Aditi has been signed for the role. 

Reportedly, Aditi has already met Sanjay Dutt a few times now, the reel father-daughter are already comfortable with each other. Omung Kumar shares, “Aditi’s role goes hand-in-hand with Dutt’s track in the film. His journey is physically demanding, while her role will display an array of emotions.” The film will be made under the banner of Bhushan Kumar led T Series, Sandeep Singh and Omung Kumar’s production house Legend Studios and will be in the theatres on August 4.
