CHANDIGARH: Four migrant labourers fell from the height of around 50 feet and received multiple injuries at an under-construction site in a leading software company, IT Park, Mani Majra on Sunday.

Four migrant labourers fell from the height of around 50 feet and received multiple injuries at an under-construction site in a leading software company, IT Park, Mani Majra on Sunday.

The injured have been identified as Anop Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sonu and Sandeep. They were rushed to a private hospital in Sector 21, Panchkula, where their condition is stated to be stable.

The in charge of the construction site, John, has been arrested for negligence.

The police said the labourers were not wearing any safety gadgets. They did not suffer any major injury as they fell on the sand. A case had been registered at the Mani Majra Police Station.
