Mohali: A 33-year-old married woman, Nitika, a resident of Sector 78 here, allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence.

Mohali: A 33-year-old married woman, Nitika, a resident of Sector 78 here, allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence. She took the extreme step following a tiff with her husband Baljinder Kumar. “The couple was planning to celebrate the birthday of their 11-month-old child on Tuesday night when they had a tiff. The victim went to another room,” said the police. The matter came to light when Baljinder Singh went to the room and found his wife hanging. TNS
