The police arrested three armed gangsters last night following the receipt of information. The police seized three countrymade pistols and five cartridges from the car they were travelling in.

They were identified as Ankush of Thaska village, Sahil of Gumar village and Nitesh of Gannaur near Baroda village.

According to Baroda police station SHO Mahender Kumar, they confessed during interrogation that they planned to murder Manvinder and Antim of Baroda village.

The three accused were today produced in the local court in Gohana, which remanded them in two-day police custody. — OC
