As many as 25 fresh dengue cases were reported from Chandigarh and Mohali district today.

Mohali district today reported 20 fresh cases of dengue and eight of chikungunya. The total number of dengue cases in the district is now 2,077 and that of chikungunya is 162.

Chandigarh reported five fresh cases of dengue, taking the total number to 849. Four chikungunya cases were also reported from the city, taking the city’s total to 246.

Notably, in the wake of falling number of fresh dengue and chikungunya cases, the Panchkula health authorities have stopped compiling the details.
